These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Almie mobile application ("App") operated by Pandi Finance LLC ("Pandi," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington. By creating an account or using Almie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Almie is a personal finance and budgeting application that helps you track spending, manage budgets, and understand your financial habits. Almie connects to your bank accounts through Plaid, a third-party financial data aggregation service, to import transaction and balance information.
Almie is not a bank, financial institution, financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. Almie does not hold, custody, or transmit your money. Almie does not make financial recommendations, extend credit, facilitate payments, or execute any financial transactions on your behalf. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Budget calculations, spending insights, and any other information provided by Almie are for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for financial decisions.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Almie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of Almie after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You may create an Almie account using your email address, phone number, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the App. Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible. Upon deletion, all your data, including linked accounts, transaction history, budgets, and preferences, will be permanently removed from our systems. We cannot recover deleted accounts or data.

By linking a bank account or other financial account through Almie, you:
We never see, store, or have access to your bank login credentials. Your bank username and password are entered directly into Plaid's secure interface and are never transmitted to or stored by Pandi Finance LLC.
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your financial accounts within the App. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing data from those accounts, though previously imported data may remain in your account until you delete it or delete your account.
Almie uses Plaid to establish and maintain secure connections to your financial institutions. Plaid supports thousands of U.S. banks and financial institutions. Connection availability, reliability, and data freshness depend on Plaid's integration with your specific institution and are outside our direct control.
By linking a financial account, you represent and warrant that:
You may disconnect any linked account at any time from within the App. Disconnecting an account stops the import of new data from that account but does not automatically delete previously imported transactions or data.
Almie may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.
By creating an Almie account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may manage your notification preferences in the App under Settings.
You agree not to use Almie for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated any of these restrictions.
The App, including its design, code, features, content, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Pandi Finance LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Your Data. You retain full ownership of your personal and financial data. By using Almie, you grant Pandi Finance LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you. This license terminates immediately upon deletion of your account.
We welcome and appreciate your feedback, suggestions, ideas, and recommendations regarding the App ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback to Pandi Finance LLC, you agree that:
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Financial data displayed in Almie is imported from your financial institutions through Plaid. This data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or miscategorized. Transaction categories are assigned automatically and may not always be correct. Account balances may not reflect pending transactions. You should always verify your financial data directly with your bank or financial institution.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruption. Bank connections may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Plaid service disruptions, or changes at your financial institution. We are not responsible for any downtime or inability to access your data.
Budget calculations, Safe to Spend figures, spending insights, trends, and all other information presented in Almie are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not intended as, and should not be construed as, financial advice or a basis for making financial decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor for personalized financial guidance.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PANDI FINANCE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pandi Finance LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
You and Pandi Finance LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App ("Dispute") shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.
YOU AND PANDI FINANCE LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Pandi Finance LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdiction of that court.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@almie.money within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration provision. If you opt out, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the service.
Pandi Finance LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Plaid service outages, bank or financial institution API failures, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions or orders, pandemics, internet or telecommunications disruptions, power failures, or labor disputes.
Pandi Finance LLC may disclose your information, including account data and usage information, to the extent required to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity or violations of these Terms.
The following terms apply to your use of Almie as downloaded from the Apple App Store:
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Pandi Finance LLC. Pandi Finance LLC may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or through an in-app notification, at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if:
You may export your data before account termination where technically feasible. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Pandi Finance LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision or any other right or provision in the future.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pandi Finance LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to or shall create any employer-employee, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Pandi Finance LLC.
